HOW TO USE
Crush the leaves lightly between your palms before adding to food. Stir a pinch into curry, dhal or butter chicken sauce near the end of cooking, or mix into paratha and other flatbread doughs. Sprinkle over mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables to taste.
