Please select the pack and cultivation type you require. The 2-bean and 10-bean packs are sold by count. Bean weights vary naturally; the 100 g and 1 kg packs are sold by weight. The stated length grades apply only to the corresponding standard 1 kg choices.

HOW TO USE
Split a pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with the back of a knife. Stir the seeds into cake batter, custard, cream or ice cream. Infuse the empty pod in milk, plant-based drinks or sauces, then remove before serving. You can also place a pod in a sealed jar of sugar to make vanilla sugar.

STORAGE
Keep in a tightly sealed, airtight container in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture. Avoid refrigeration. For the organic choices, the specified storage temperature is 15–20°C.
